Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were quite basic and nothing special, but they did the job. The service was hit or miss, with some staff members being friendly and helpful, while others were a bit grumpy. The location was convenient, but having to walk through the casino in formal attire wasn't ideal. The dining options were good overall, with a variety of choices at reasonable prices.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were initially near a noisy loading dock and not well maintained, but after requesting a change due to an odd odor and unclean sheets, I was pressured into upgrading for an additional $35 per day. However, the service was attentive and helpful, engaging with detailed booking information. The location, while a bit far from the Las Vegas Strip with some homeless presence nearby, did meet many of our needs. The dining experience was clean and close to the strip, although there were some issues with the check-in process. Overall, the hotel had its positives and negatives that influenced my stay.
The hotel had a lovely location on Sahara Boulevard, close to downtown without the noise. The rooms were basic but clean, with a decent bathroom and shower. The service was lacking with poor communication and a need for improvement in customer skills. Dining was a good value with an outstanding selection, but there were issues at check-in. Overall, a budget-friendly option with some drawbacks to consider.
